At Veltory, we do our best to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition and within the estimated delivery time.

Currently, we ship to:

• Portugal (Mainland and Islands)
• Europe

• Once payment is confirmed, orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
• This includes payment validation, product preparation, and submission of order details to the supplier.

⚠️ Note: During holiday seasons, promotions, or exceptional circumstances (e.g., strikes, customs delays), delivery times may extend up to 45 business days.

• Free Shipping on all orders within Portugal, unless otherwise stated during checkout.
• No additional shipping fees are charged; however, customers are responsible for any customs duties or local taxes, where applicable.
• For orders placed outside Portugal (Europe), a €3.99 shipping fee applies. Shipping is free for orders above €49.99.

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
• You can track your order through the link provided or directly on our website in the “Track My Order” section.

• If you do not receive your order within 30 business days of shipment, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.
• We offer either a full refund or free reshipment, depending on your preference, after verification with the supplier.
